Service Description

Classes are open for casual bookings or you can purchase a 6 class pass and redeem a session from the pass each time you book. Valid for both prenatal yoga and pilates. Prenatal Pilates classes are all about how to release and relax you body for birth. To make birth easier on your body and for your baby. We'll cover: - How to release tension from your pelvis and pelvic floor. - How to lengthen you pelvic floor muscles. - How to use movement to create more space in your pelvis to help your baby be born. A weekly movement class is an excellent way to prepare for birth, because it takes weeks and months for your body to change. To build strength, to release tension. It takes practice for you to remember what movements you can take with you into birth. It takes repetition to habituate your body to particular positions, sensations and movements so that during birth, your body knows what to do to help your baby be born.
