Based on the teachings of Rhea Dempsey, the Mandala of Birth encompasses eight elements – body, mind, psyche, beginnings, nest, baby, work and spirit.
We invite you to use this workshop as an holistic template to explore elements of your birth preparation, including insights for birth support and personal self-reflection and -understanding.
