At Mana Health Practice, Preston, we offer weekly Prenatal Yoga classes designed for the physical, emotional, and energetic changes of pregnancy. Our studio welcomes women from Thornbury, Coburg, Northcote, Reservoir, and across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, providing a nurturing space to prepare for birth through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Empowering Movement for Pregnancy & Birth
Our Prenatal Yoga program blends bodywork, breath, and meditation with elements of childbirth education. These classes gently strengthen the body while promoting flexibility and relaxation - supporting you through each stage of pregnancy and helping you approach labour with calm confidence.
Each session integrates active birth techniques, postures for pelvic alignment, and restorative practices that relieve tension and improve sleep. You’ll learn how to use breath and awareness to connect deeply with your body and baby, while building courage, trust, and intuitive wisdom for birth.
About Your Teacher – Sue Lee
With over 20 years of experience in bodywork, natural therapies, and women’s health, Sue Lee brings warmth and depth to her teaching. As a qualified prenatal yoga instructor, doula, and homeopath, she interweaves knowledge from Shiatsu, massage, and energy medicine to create a balanced, mindful experience for every participant.
Classes are open to all levels and can be joined anytime after the first trimester.
