Stephanie Norquay

Stephanie is a Remedial Massage Therapist and Birth/Postpartum Doula with more than 20 years experience supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth and the early weeks and months after birth.

Stephanie provides prenatal and postnatal treatments, drawing from a range of different modalities including Remedial & Therapeutic Massage, Acupressure, Reiki, Body Balancing and her knowledge of birth physiology to meet her clients where they are at and offer personalised treatments.  By combining her extensive background in birth support work with these various bodywork techniques Stephanie supports clients to reduce tension and discomfort, find more ease and balance in their bodies and emotions, optimise functional movement patterns, deepen their awareness and connection with themselves and their babies, and prepare their bodies effectively for birth.

Stephanie values women’s innate wisdom and authority, and always places these themes at the centre of both her birth work and bodywork offerings. She also has a commitment to ongoing professional training and development to further deepen the work she is able to offer, and continue to provide personalised holistic support.

Stephanie is available at Mana on Thursdays by appointment.
