We’ll focus on reconnecting with your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles before learning to coordinate with functional movements so you’re able to apply what you learn in class, to your everyday life. There will also be simple stretches to relieve tight neck and shoulders, stiff hips and achy lower back. This class is all about bringing kindness, joy and awareness to the way your body has changed after birth, and helping you to feel better inside your body.
We’ll cover -
-Pelvic floor recovery.
-Safe lifting of heavy things like prams and toddlers and capsules.
-Stretches to release and relieve tight neck and shoulders from baby cuddling.
-Restorative and strengthening movements to rehabilitate your whole body from the inside out to keep you strong for your every day mother life.
- How to rehabilitate your core before before returning to your favourite exercise.
This class is for all mamas who feel their body needs some thoughtful care and attention after giving birth. Whether you’re six weeks or six years into motherhood, you can learn how to move your body in a way that is both nurturing and strengthening.
