Pregnancy Circle — 6 Week Series


Mondays, 6–9pm, starting July 6th, at Mana Health Practice

This in-person pregnancy circle is open to those currently pregnant or early parented and looking to honour themselves and their babies in knowledge, body, breath, strength, nurturing, connection, sharing, and support.

Run across six consecutive Monday evenings, this circle is a chance to go deeper — to settle into a small, steady group of women on a similar path, and build real trust over time. Each week builds on the last, creating space for the kind of honesty and connection that takes more than one session to unfold.
