About the Event

This in-person pregnancy circle is open to those currently pregnant or early parented and looking to honour themselves and their babies in knowledge, body, breath, strength, nurturing, connection, sharing, and support.

This is an environment where you can tune-in to your baby and the journey that is unfolding and make conscious decisions about the directions you take.

Often held by Jo Askham (Childbirth Educator, Doula & permanent student of birth) and Sue Lee in a gentle organic way based on the teachings or Rhea Dempsey, Birthwork, Spinning Babies and more. I will endeavour to address any concerns, feelings and questions that are brought into the class and circle with options, honesty and compassion. We also occasionally invite in some special guests.
