WITHIN: A series of Yoga workshops

This workshop series is for anyone, including yoga teachers wanting an introduction to the teachings and practices of non-dual classical Tantrik yoga. This spiritual system honours and uses the body, it’s energies and the mind to free us from our limiting karmic patterns, leading to the ultimate fruit of our yoga practice- a revelation of our essential nature!

It has been designed for you to attend either individual workshops or the entire series. Each workshops will include teachings, including a dharma discussion, an asana practice, pranayama, meditations, visualisations and mantras based on the theme of each session.

All workshops will be held on Sundays from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

Workshop 1: Inhabiting our bodies (April 30)

Workshop 3: Introduction to the subtle energy body (June 11)

-An introduction to the red light body

-An introduction to the chakras, nadis and 5 elements

Workshop 4: The subtle body continued (Aug 20)

-An introduction to the chakras, nadis and 5 elements

Workshop 5: Opening the heart: backbends to devotion (Sept 17)

-Open the heart through backbends

-An introduction to mantra practice and bija mantras

-Learning specific traditional prayers and mantras: teacher student prayer, Santipata, Mahamrityunjaya, Hari Om
